Simple, clear rules for using CNCPoint.
Last updated: January 1, 2025
CNCPoint (cncpoint.shop) is an online marketplace for CNC design files, physical CNC products, and a maker community. We connect buyers with sellers and allow makers to share their work. By using our website, you agree to these terms.
CNCPoint is a one-stop solution for all your CNC needs:
You can browse CNCPoint without an account. To buy, download files, or post in the community you need to sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login. If you notice any misuse, contact us right away.
When you purchase a design file, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own CNC projects — personal or commercial. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the file as your own. All sales of digital files are final; we do not offer refunds on downloads once the file has been accessed.
Physical products are made to order. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on production workload and your location. Once an order is placed and paid, cancellations are accepted only before production begins. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days with photos and we will make it right.
Makers can upload and sell design files through Community posts. By uploading a file you confirm that you own the design or have the right to sell it. CNCPoint takes a small platform fee per sale; the remaining amount is paid to your UPI ID within 3–5 working days of each sale. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or community guidelines.
CNCPoint is a respectful maker community. Please:
Posts that violate these guidelines will be hidden or removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. CNCPoint does not store your card details. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All original designs, images, and content created by CNCPoint remain our property. Community members own the designs they upload. By posting content on CNCPoint you grant us a licence to display it on the platform (for example, in the community grid or gallery).
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use CNCPoint after an update means you accept the new terms.
