1. Digital Files — Instant Delivery
All digital design files (DXF, STL, OBJ, ArtCAM .rlf, FBX, Greyscale) — whether from CNCPoint directly or community members — are delivered instantly after successful payment.
- Download links are available immediately on your order confirmation page and in your account under My Purchases.
- Files remain available for re-download at any time from your account.
- No physical shipping is involved for digital products.
2. CNCPoint Direct — Physical Products
Physical products sold directly by CNCPoint are made-to-order at our workshop in Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India.
- Production time: 5–15 working days depending on design complexity and material.
- Dispatch and shipping time: 3–7 working days after dispatch (domestic India).
- Total estimated delivery: 8–22 working days from order confirmation.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside our control.
3. Marketplace Seller Orders
For products purchased from third-party sellers on the CNCPoint marketplace, shipping timelines and carriers are set by the individual seller and displayed on their product listing page. CNCPoint is not responsible for delays caused by the seller or their chosen courier.
- Sellers are required to provide a tracking number within their stated dispatch window.
- Your payment remains in escrow with CNCPoint until the order is confirmed as delivered.
- If an order is not dispatched within the seller's stated timeline, you may raise a dispute and receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
4. Shipping Coverage
- Pan-India delivery: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
- International shipping: Not available at present. Contact us for custom arrangements on large orders.
5. Shipping Charges
- Digital files: Free — instant download, no shipping involved.
- CNCPoint Direct physical products: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery pin code.
- Marketplace seller products: Shipping charges (if any) are set by the seller and shown on the product listing and at checkout.
- Promotional free-shipping offers may be available on select products or during campaigns.
6. Courier Partners
CNCPoint Direct orders are shipped via trusted courier services including Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. Marketplace sellers may use their own preferred couriers. Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website. For marketplace orders, tracking details may be updated by the seller in the order management system.
8. Delivery Issues
- Not delivered on time: If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us with your Order ID and we will follow up with the seller or courier.
- Damaged in transit: Report within 3 days of delivery with photographs. See our Refund & Return Policy for next steps.
- Undeliverable address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. CNCPoint and our sellers are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Re-delivery charges may apply.
- Lost in transit: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, CNCPoint will arrange a replacement or full refund for direct orders. For marketplace orders, the dispute resolution process applies.
