2. What We Collect

We only collect what we actually need:

• Account info — your name, email, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
• Order info — your delivery address and order details when you place an order.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Content you post — images, files, and text you upload to the community or design store.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and actions taken, used to improve the site.

3. How We Use It

• To process your orders and deliver your products or files.
• To show your posts and designs in the community and store.
• To send you order confirmations and important account updates.
• To process seller payouts to your UPI ID.
• To improve CNCPoint and fix issues.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

4. Who We Share It With

We share your data only when necessary:

• Razorpay — to process payments securely.
• Firebase (Google) — for authentication, database, and file storage.
• AWS S3 — to store uploaded images and design files.
• Delivery partners — your address is shared with couriers when shipping physical orders.

None of these partners use your data for their own marketing.

5. Cookies

We use minimal cookies — mainly for keeping you logged in and for basic analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as expected.

6. Your Uploaded Content

Images and files you upload (community posts, design files) are stored on our servers. You retain ownership of your content. If you delete a post, your files are removed from public view. Reach out if you want your data deleted entirely.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, and AWS S3 with access controls to keep your data safe. Payments go through Razorpay's PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never touch your card details. No system is perfect, but we take security seriously.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Ask us what data we hold about you.
• Request correction of incorrect information.
• Request deletion of your account and data.

Just email us and we'll sort it out.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Major changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
